The National Conference of Principals of Institutions of Education has issued the schedule for the 46 recognized public colleges of education (PRINCOF).
According to the announced academic schedule, Level 400 Teacher Trainees will start Macro-Teaching at their various mentioned affiliated schools.
Academic Schedule for Education Colleges for 2022–2023
For macro-teaching, Level 400 students will report to their numerous schools of attachment. The attachment will begin on January 20, 2023, and last for twelve (12) weeks.
On January 23, 2023, students from both levels—100 and 200—will report for their first semester, which will last nine and five weeks, respectively.
Beginning on February 25, 2023, Level 300 students will report to campus for their second semester, which will last five (5) weeks.
On February 25, 2023, Level 200 students will take a break before the start of the first semester.
The scheduled duration of the intersession break is five (5) weeks, from April 2 through May 7, 2023.
On May 7, 2023, students in both Levels—100 and 200—will report to the college or campus for the second half of the First Semester (four weeks and eight weeks, respectively).
The End-of-First Semester Examination for Level 100 will be held from May 22 to June 2, 2023.
On June 3rd, 2023, the semester will end for Level 100 pupils.
On June 3rd, 2023, Level 400 students will go to college or university for their first portion of the second semester (5 weeks).
End-of-first-semester exams for Level 200 students will be held from June 19 to June 30, 2023.
On July 1st, 2023, the Level 200 semester will end.
On July 2, 2023, Level 300 students will report to school or the campus for the second half of the first semester (8 weeks).
On July 8, 2023, Level 400 students will now take a break before the start of the second semester.
On July 16, 2023, Level 100 students will report to school or the campus for the second semester (12 weeks).
The End-of-First Semester Examinations for Level 300 students will be held from August 14 through August 25, 2023.
On August 26, 2023, the semester will end for Level 300 pupils.
On August 28, 2023, Level 300 students will report to their respective schools of attachment for Micro-Teaching. The duration is six weeks.
Students at Level 200 must report to a campus or college.
End-of-Semester Exams for Level 100 students will be held from October 2 through October 6, 2023.
On October 3rd 2023, the semester will end for Level 100 pupils.
On October 7, 2023, Level 200 students will take a break before the start of the second semester.
On October 8, 2023, students in both Levels—300 and 400—will report to the college or campus for the second phase of the second semester (7 and 5 weeks, respectively).
The End-of-Second Semester Exams for Level 400 students will be held from November 6 through November 10, 2023.
Finally, on November 11, 2023, Level 400 students will graduate from the college system.
On November 12, 2023, Level 200 students will report for the second phase of the second semester (six weeks).
Students on Level 300 will be seated
On December 23, 2023, the semester will end for Level 200 students.
The calendar will end on December 23, 2023, which is a holiday.
