In order to begin an all-female production line at our Tema factory, Nestlé CWAR is currently hiring Technical Operators. These individuals will be in charge of ensuring that the line runs continuously, producing high-quality goods in accordance with plans and instructions, and strictly adhering to hygienic, safety, and quality standards.
In a day’s life…
You’ll have.
Responsible for carrying out all tasks in accordance with Quality Management Standards (QMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions while at all times maintaining one’s own and others’ safety.
accountable for keeping observing all safety procedures and practicing proper housekeeping by keeping the workspace and equipment clean and hygienic on a shift-by-shift, daily, weekly, and monthly basis in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP.
accountable for ensuring that First In First Out (FIFO) is observed and that material utilization complies with the standard recipe and target parameters.
You are in charge of starting up, running, cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, center lining, switching out, maintaining, and shutting down the equipment you have been given, as well as managing operational parameters and keeping records for traceability.

Good communication abilities (Read & Write in English)
able to handle and operate the equipment, tools, and machinery.
Analytical abilities
knowledge about computers (Intermediate)
