just recently Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) admission has announced the names of applicants who were accepted into various programmes for the academic year 2022-2023. You have not gotten admission yet visit your student portal status to verify by going to:

https://apps.knust.edu.gh/admissions/check.

After you gained admission to find your program of study on the admission Portal, he/she must proceed to print the admission letter, indicating the program at the back of your envelope to post.

KNUST FEES SCHEDULE FOR 2022/2023 UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

After confirming and accepting your given program and printing your admission letter, students are expected to pay the relevant fees as designated in the fee schedule into KNUST main fees collection account at any of the following banks: GCB, CAL, ECOBANK, UBA BANK, BARCLAYS BANK, GT BANK, and GHANA POST.

After paying your school fees, the you are allowed to book your accomodation, you will be requested to select your room online on the portal. First year admitted will have to pay an amount of 2,167.80 in any of hall residence. KNUST have six(6) main halls, which include; Independence Hall, Africa Hall, University Hall, Republic Hall, Queens II Hall, and Unity Hall.

When to Arrive As A Fresher:

The management of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and technology has resolved to resume academic work from Saturday, 14 January for first years.

Upon arrival, report at the various Halls of Residence where you will be demanded to register and receive keys to your rooms. Staff and student leaders will be available in their numbers to welcome and assist you to go through all the necessary formalities.

Then after the University will officially organize a Medical Examination for newly admitted students for the academic year. The exercise is intended to determine if you are fully fit to stay on Campus to read your program.

KNUST Biometric and Course Registration:

After student are successfully admitted, they will be going through a biometric registration and online course registration for the semester.

The Kwame University of Science and Technology, has been ranked for the second successive times ranked the best University in Ghana and 12th best university in Africa, according to US news and World Report ranking for 2021. The university ranked 14th best University in Africa last year. But Webometrics in their ranking ranked KNUST as the second best University in Ghana.
